Subject: Strategic Planning Update Message:
Thank you so much for your partnership in our Greenfield CUSD 10 Strategic Planning process! We are incredibly grateful to all of you who either completed the surveys or participated in our staff and student conversations. Your input has been invaluable in helping to shape the future of our school district.
We are excited to share that we had a wonderful response to the Strategic Planning surveys in February:
75 staff members
228 students
167 parents/guardians
60 community members.
Since early March, our Strategic Planning Committee has met three times to review all the feedback and chart a path forward.
We are excited to share the five strategic priorities that will guide our work over the next 3-5 years:
Student Success & Learning, Engagement, & Future Readiness
School Culture & Climate
Staff Excellence & Support
Facilities, Safety, & Operations
Family/Community Communication & Engagement
Next, we will draft the full Strategic Plan, including setting specific goals and identifying key projects to accomplish in the coming years. Thank you again for your continued support and commitment to our schools and our children. We look forward to sharing more updates with you soon!
You can also access this letter and the links to all of the surveys on our website found below:

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to myself or any committee member. Thank you and have a great evening!
