Overview:

Greenfield CUSD 10 is committed to shaping a bright future for our students. Starting in January 2025, we are embarking on a Strategic Planning Process to define a 3-5 year roadmap for our schools. This comprehensive process will include input from students, staff, parents/guardians, and community members. Together, we will create a shared vision to ensure every learner has access to educational opportunities that equip them with the skills, understanding, and abilities necessary to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Timeline:

The Strategic Plan will be developed during Spring 2025 and finalized for the 2025-2026 school year. Below is the estimated timeline for the process:

• January 2025 - Launch

• February 2025 - Surveys, Student/Staff Focus Groups, Strategic Planning Committee launch

• March 2025 - Analysis of Surveys and Focus Groups with Strategic Planning Committee

• April/May 2025 - First Draft of Strategic Plan, Revisions

• June 2025 - Finalization of Strategic Plan, Board approval
