Registration will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All Pre-K students need to register even if they were screened in the spring. Students new to the District are to enroll and pay fees during the designated registration dates. Online registration will be available beginning August 1, 2024. TeacherEase is located on the District website. Please do not call the high school requesting schedule changes. Schedule changes will be made the first week of school and must be completed by Friday, August 23rd. Elementary class lists will be posted at Stop, Drop, and Go.

Students must be residents of the Greenfield Community Unit School District #10. Parents/guardians may be required to provide two (2) proofs of legal residency. Such proofs include, but are not limited to, tax bill, driver’s license, utility bill, or a letter from a landlord. Proof of residency is the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Tuition will be paid to the Greenfield District for any period of time the students attends school as a non-resident. State law requires that all students entering school to be immunized against polio, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whopping cough), measles, and rubella. Children are required to have physical examinations before entering Pre K and/or Kindergarten for the first time and at the 6th and 9th grade levels.

School will begin on Wednesday, August 14th with a student dismissal time at 1:45 p.m. at the Elementary and 1:55 p.m. at the High School. The same early dismissals will be held on Thursday-Friday, August 15-16 and Monday-Friday, August 19-23 and 26-30. Early dismissal times are subject to change and a finalized calendar will be available at registration. Classes will be in session for full days beginning Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

Book Rental fees for the school term will be as follows:

Grades K-4……………………. $60.00 ($180 family cap per building)

Grades 5-8…………………….. $65.00 (no cap)

Elementary Technology Fee $25.00

K-8 Individual Course Fee…… $20 (included in full registration fee)

Grades 9-12…………………… $80.00 (no cap)

Drivers Education Fee………… $50.00 or hearing per student

LCCC Dual Credit Classes…… Horticulture, Welding, Computer Graphics $80 per class

Course Fees…………………… $20.00 (per course) for the following classes at the High School

Agriculture Classes: Landscaping/Turf, Floral Design, Intro to Ag., Ag. Mechanics

Business Classes: Accounting I & II, CCS, Recordkeeping, Business Technology Concepts

FACS: Child Dev., Intro to FACS, Nutrition/Culinary Arts II

Industrial Technology: Industrial Arts, Construction, Introduction to IT

Art Classes: $20.00 per course

Math-STEM class : $20.00 per course

High School Technology Fee $50.00

Annual parking fee: $25.00

Activity fees will be collected at the time of registration as follows:

Junior High: $20.00 per activity ($40 per student cap or $80 Family cap) Activities include: Boys and Girls Basketball, Boys and Girls Track, Volleyball, Baseball and Softball

High School: $30.00 per activity ($60 per student cap or $120 Family cap)

Activities include: Football, Boys & Girls Basketball, Boys & Girls Track, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Cheerleading, and Scholastic Bowl

ALL ACTIVITY FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE STUDENTS CAN BEGIN PRACTICE

School breakfast and lunch will be free to High School and Elementary students for the 2024-2025 school year. Extras are available for an additional charge. (Students must have available funds in their accounts.)
